Responsibilities:
HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into actionable HR initiatives and plans.
- Provide data-driven HR insights to support workforce planning, talent retention, and productivity improvements.
- Support organizational transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and employee alignment.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and onboard talents.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate L&D team to enhance business team capabilities.
- Facilitate talent review process and support the creation of IDP to nurture high-potential employees.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Conduct regular engagement surveys; develop action plans to improve morale.
- Foster a high-performance culture through engagement and recognition programs.
- Advise on incentive structures, sales compensation, and bonus alignment with business targets.
HR Compliance & Operations
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes (hiring, promotions, exits) for the business unit.
- Collaborate with SSC and COE on HR initiatives, including salary review, budgeting, forecasting, and talent development programs.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree. Fluent in English.
- 5+ years as HRBP, preferably experience in supporting Commercial/Sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales incentives, rewards structures, and commercial KPIs.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Solid knowledge of China labor laws and HR compliance.
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and ability to manage sensitive employee issues.
