外企驻场，六险一金，15天年假，12天病假。
Main responsibilities:
· Design and execute manual test plans for web and backend applications, ensuring functionality and performance meet requirements
· Develop and maintain automated tests using Robot Framework (Python), and integrate them into our CI/CD pipeline
· Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate endpoints and payloads
· Perform load and performance testing with tools like JMeter to assess system reliability under stress
· Use AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl) to generate test cases automatically and improve test coverage
· Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and product owners to triage issues, validate fixes, and promote quality across the SDLC
· Manage and validate test data, including writing basic SQL queries for data validation
· Integrate and maintain tests in GitHub Actions, ensuring consistent CI pipelines
· Document test plans, cases, and test results in systems like Jira or TestRail
· Identify, report, and track bugs with detailed reproduction steps and prioritization
Preferred:
· 3+ years of experience in QA with a mix of manual and automation testing, focus on mobile and web applications.
· Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with testing tasks on WeChat ecosystem, including Mini Programs, Official Accounts, and WeChat Work.
· Proven track record of writing automated scripts in Python, especially using Robot Framework
· Hands-on with GitHub workflows, Postman, JMeter, Jira and Confluence
· Familiarity with Kubernetes environments and containerized deployment testing
· Exposure to cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud or AWS
· Experience in agile environments with regular releases and cross-functional collaboration
Skills:
· Languages: Python (required), basic JavaScript (for test scripting)
· Tools/Frameworks: Robot Framework, Postman, Selenium (optional), JMeter, GitHub Actions
· Cloud/Kubernetes: Basic understanding of Kubernetes (pods, services, deployments)
· Database: Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
· Test Management: Jira, TestRail, Zephyr
· CI/CD: GitHub Actions; exposure to Jenkins/GitLab CI is a bonus
