Summary of the Position Objective is to provide a fast response for known resolutions and for issues or questions that are not known, the Hypercare team will provide feedback on the next steps

Key Roles &
Responsibilities 1) Provide system support, knowledge transfer, help with data issues, et cetera. 2) Investigate/ Debug problems reported by users. 3) Responsible for contacting the proper teams to provide technical Hypercare and production support (Project development /enhancements). 4) Connect with BU leads on need basis 5) Handle go live tickets through SNOW ticket process 6) FAQ / Training update, KB article
Required Skills:
Functional/Technical Functional · Must have a high-level understanding of project management. · Must have rich experience of Hypercare for IT Project implementation, especially on Planisware. · Familiar with related PLW applications are excellent · Technical skills o Planisware o PDMLink
Required Experience:
Overall: Project Management systems and engineering systems for 5+ years · Strong verbal communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. · Familiar users work process and possible difficulty for operating Project Management systems.
