Material quote analyst（供应链管理）

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor and above degree in Materials Management, BusinessAdministration, Engineering or the equivalent combination of education andexperience or an equivalent

• 3~5 years of industrial CapEX sourcing or procurement experience, befamiliar with Printed Circuit assembly related equipment or fixture

• Strong cost analysis to mechanical parts

• Good written English, basic oral English

• Logical thinking and strong communication skills

• Work smart , good teamwork and able to work under pressure

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questionsfrom internal/external customer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include thefollowing. Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate expertise in quoting equipment, fixture or relatedcomponents, and manage overall budget cost.

• Report and trace saving.

• Support New customer CapEx quotation activities.

• Work efficiently with project team and suppliers to deliver projecton schedule.

• Review quotes with suppliers or through Jabil Indirect procurementteam to ensure the best possible outcome.

• Provides support to supply chain development manager by maintainingand developing knowledge of the supply base.

• Analyze market conditions and implement supply chain strategies toassure best in class supply and price competition.

• Assist with the development of a Global infrastructure to quotematerials that supports Jabil’s business and growth plans.

• Assist with the development, monitoring and implementation GlobalMaterial Quotation Strategies

• Assist with the development of the supply base to exceed the goalsand objectives of Jabil and the supply chain management team

• Market Jabil’s Supply Chain Management expertise both internally andexternally

• Develop effective relationships with Business Unit Management toensure that Supply Chain Management is fully involved with new businessopportunities.

• Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis andmetrics management.

• Offer new, innovative and entrepreneurial ideas and suggestions forimprovement. Identify and implement new practices and processes that are “bestin field.”

• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, andexceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; makingcustomer issues a priority.

• Establish new measurement systems if/where appropriate.

• Ensure the efficient and timely exchange of knowledge andinformation within the Jabil Corporation to ensure best practices are sharedthroughout the Jabil organization.

• Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e.Health and Safety, Quality).

• Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handledappropriately.

• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associatedwith this position and as directed by supervisor.

• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
