Responsibilities:
1. Testing Standard Confirm
Confirm testing standard with customers and conduct feasibility analysis in order to provide accurate reports to meet customers requirement.
2. Testing Standard Update
Collect related global testing standard information, and transfer this information/customer requirement to internal testing standard in order to meet business development requirements.
3. Testing Result Analysis
Analyse testing result in order to provide accurate reports to meet customers requirement.
4. Laboratory Equipment Operation Methods and TPM
Draft laboratory equipment operation methods and monitor high speed testing equipment operation in order to improve laboratory Equipment Operation efficiency.
5. Testing Development
Provide testing technical analysis support to improve manufacturing engineering process; research communication potential products opportunities and conduct feasibility analysis and provide feedback to supervisor in order to meet business development requirements.

Required Skills/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s degree preferred
2. Experience with high speed test equipment (Digital Sampling Oscilloscope, Vector Network Analyzer, Bit Error Rate Tester, TDR, Pattern Generators, Power Supplies, etc.)
3. Strong experience with Python
4. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret test/lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix identified problem.
5. Individual must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work independently
