SS PE TA 中学体育助教

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Fluent in English & Chinese.
2. Bachelor Degree in PE or PE Education.
3. Teaching qualification and experience preferred.
4. Experience working with secondary school students preferred.
REPORTS TO: SS School Principal
JOB GOAL: To work as a member of the SS team to provide support, both in and out of classrooms, for SS students.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Promotes the values and mission of BCIS.
2. Ensures school‐wide policies are implemented.
3. Promotes and maintains a positive working environment in the school.
4. Maintains open communication with staff.
5. Assists the PE teachers in order for pre‐class set up and clear away. Assistant teachers during lesson time.
6. Organizational duties for class, photocopying & laminating, the creation of materials, display work, assisting with classroom routines, ordering local materials, Video/photograph children’s performances when directed by the teacher.
7. Escorts and supervises children when moving around the campus.
8. Works with small groups of students as directed by the teacher.
9. Refers all parent questions, comments and concerns directly to the appropriate teachers.
10. Communicates needs with PM and security when needed.
11. Attends all meetings as required by the school administration.
12. Carries out substitution and supervisory duties, within established acceptable guidelines, as required by the school administration.
