1. Technical Leadership & Pre-Sales Management
•Lead and guide the regional pre-sales engineers, providing strategic direction, technical training, and solution development support.
•Define best practices for solution design, documentation, and project qualification processes.
•Provide hands-on support in key projects, including advanced solution proposals, system architecture, and technical validation.
•Ensure consistency and quality in regional technical delivery.
2. Deep End-User Engagement & Market Profiling
•Work closely with key end-users to understand their business processes, pain points, and technical needs.
•Conduct on-site visits and technical discovery meetings to profile requirements and identify opportunities for solution customization.
•Serve as a trusted advisor in high-impact verticals (e.g.,government, retail, industry, logistics, transportation).
•Translate local insights into structured technical requests and improvement proposals for HQ.
3. Solution Innovation &

任职资格：
Preferred Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, solution management or similar.
•Proven experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
•Deep technical knowledge of video surveillance, access control, alarms, AI, and system integration.
•Strong experience in customer-facing roles with focus on need analysis and custom solution building.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
•Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
•Willingness to travel frequently throughout Central America and the Caribbean.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience working with global product/R&D teams.
•Familiarity with SDK/API integrations and third-party ecosystem coordination.
•Prior involvement in large, multi-technology projects (including software integration and AI analytics).
•Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and operational-level users.
