客户质量工程师过程质量工程师汽车外饰

工作职责

1. 主导品质基准基准、控制计划确认，品基、品质标准的编制；

2. 按照客户的要求协助品质鉴定、验证，协助客户考评；

3. 产品数据分析改进，对品质异常问题点进行分析检讨，并跟进改善效果；

4. 质量问题主导原因分析、控制及改进，与品质相关的异常问题进行合理分析、改善以及临时与永久对策，并对标准进行标准化管制；

5.客户投诉产品的品质问题分析、对策；

6.当发生严重品质问题，判定生产停线及停止发货，并启动异常申报流程

任职要求

1.大专及以上学历，机械制造、汽车工程、品质及相关管理专业
2.3年以上汽车零部件品质管理经验，有负责汽车零部件行业能独立开展工作，对应处理客户品质投诉和反馈；
3.熟悉注塑或涂装或电镀工艺及SPC、MSA弱化工具及手法，了解APQP、FEMA等，有VDA6-3或BIQS审核经验优先；
4.能熟练使用五原则、8D报告等分析解决品质事故，熟练数据和图表分析；
5. 具备良好的协调、沟通和抗压能力，责任心强。

6.有英语能力优先。
