职位描述
1、识别客户品质要求，并制定品质目标；
2、主导产品项目开发中品质策划和品质落实的部分（试验标准消化，试验大纲和报告、量检具、品质基准书、AAR、限样等等）；
3、参与多功能小组评审，如PFMEA、CP等，及项目开发各阶段评审；
4、主导国内外产品各团队品质对接工作及内部改善提升工作；
5、主导量产品品质标准维护及品质改善活动；（量产品维护包含、产品审核、过程审核、试验测试、MSA、SPC等）；
6、客户来访的招待、安排、沟通，客诉处理及量产品标准执行稽核；
7、量产项目重大异常处理和品质合格率的提升；
8、主导项目内部PPAP、产品审核、过程审核等；
9、每日监控产品过程品质，现场标准化执行，改善对策执行，合格率提升等。
【任职要求】
1、 专科及以上，三年以上汽配质量管理经验；
2、 英语优秀，能作为工作语言；
3、 熟悉IATF16949管理体系要求及品质管理工具如七大手法，五大工具等；
4、 掌握海外通用，宝马等主机厂的质量风险管控点；
5、 熟练掌握客户项目管理要求及品质成本控制；
6、 有光学产品品质工作经验优先。
【工作时间】
一般早八晚五，双休；此岗位在有异常时会有加班

结果导向，有一定的加班和压力
