职位描述
1、负责工厂的设备维修管理工作，确保生产设备正常运行，减少设备异常停机。
2、负责制定工厂预防、预见性的设备保养计划并组织实施 。
3、负责工厂电力等能源的管理，减少生产能耗、节约生产成本。
4、负责工厂设备的选型、安装、调试、验收、报废等并建立详细的设备资产台账。
5、负责工厂需求部门提出的设备改进及设备安全隐患整改 。
6、负责设备班组内的安全管理、下属的培训、工作计划安排、组织纪律等日常管理工作。
7、负责设备管理相关的体系运行和体系问题的整改。
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历, 机电一体化、机械、自动化、电气等相关专业。
2.五年及以上设备维护、管理经验等相关工作经验。
3. 有设备团队管理经验。
4. 有生产自动化设备相关经验。熟悉市场上常用的PLC，能独立编写程序。
5.熟悉设备异常解决流程，有独立排查异常的思路。
6.良好的沟通协调能力。
