2.负责华东区域天然气管道输送能力获取，各管输方合作关系维护；
3.负责气源采购及天然气管道代输合作机会发掘、商务谈判、采购合同起草及签署等事宜；
4.负责优化资源池组合，降低资源池综合成本，提高资源池资源互保及调峰能力；
5.负责优化天然气管输通道组合，降低管输成本，提高通道保障能力；
6.负责区域LNG资源的采购、供应商开发及联络；
7.负责跟踪LNG采购计划，对采购情况及合同执行进行统计，及时跟进汇报，协调发货等；
8.负责资源池、通道、需求池的匹配与优化、平衡，发挥高效协同效应；
9.负责建立和维护行业生态伙伴关系。
