职位描述
1）牵头推进各电力工程交付工作，结合项目特点，针对性的优化施工方案，提升交付质量及效率，协助现场施工管理工作；
2）负责对电力项目运维工作（巡检、试验等）提供支持，协助项目人员解决运维过程中的问题，保障项目合规、高效推进。
3）负责对各电力项目运维工作的指导与监督，规范运维流程，开展运维人员技术培训及考核，提升运维团队专业能力。
4）定期汇总分析各电力运维项目数据，查找存在问题，提升电力运维工作水平，编制相关材料及报表。
5）编写电力交付运维工作相关汇报材料。
能力要求：
1）本科及以上学历，电气相关专业。
2）3年及以上电力交付运维（光伏、配电等项目）相关工作经验。
3）熟练掌握电力运维相关专业知识，熟悉电力运维流程。
4）了解电力行业相关政策、法规及技术标准。
5）持有相关证书者优先，如高压电工证、电力试验相关证书等。
6）熟练使用各类办公软件，擅长PPT材料编制和数据分析能力。
7）具备电力项目施工管理经验。
