Main Accountabilities
- Analyze sales information, projections & other meaningful data & prepare forecasts on market evolution & company products.
- Coordinate promotions & advertising efforts of product brands.
- Monitor sales performance. Build & manage product roadmap to support sales goals.
- Initiate & prioritize projects, track product development & develop product launch plans.
- Assist in the establishment of pricing and service parameters.
- Oversee product development & design. Ensure the compliance of the Product to AL technical & safety standards
- Issue and follow-up the Product development scheme and roadmap, in accordance with Product Devpt Group Manager.
- Ensure continual improvement and competitiveness on product performance and cost.
Differentiating Criteria
- Close supervision: reporting frequently and require approval or peer validation.
- Manage a small/simple scope of products

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering.
- 3 years plus experience in product management with a successful track record of launching & managing products.
