职位描述
聚焦协助公司管理,组织发展、团队建设、人才成长与跨部门协同。
核心工作职责:
1.公司对内组织管理,协助总经理对于公司组织发展,组织结构性优化,效能提升提方案并推动落地。
2.分管公司人资行政部工作,重点推动团队建设及组织氛围事项。
2.人才赋能:协助搭建人才成长体系与梯队,组织定制化赋能培训,跟踪核心员工职业发展,参与人才盘点并提供优化建议。
3.跨部门协同:协调各部门梳理协作痛点,建立高效协同机制,跟进跨部门项目进展,解决分歧并同步总经理。
4.组织体系管理,协助总经理对于公司管理体系,展会运营相关体系,销售管理体系建设并协助推进落地。
5.总经理协助其他事项,内部管理其他事项,内部接待协助等。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,具有组织发展,人力管理,总经理助理3-5年相关工作经验。
2.具备组织发展,团队建设、人才发展实操经验。
3.擅长跨部门沟通协调,内外人财物协调能力,能独立牵头专项工作。
4.懂得公司管理基本逻辑,能够快速理解业务模式,举一反三推动组织优化。
5.有格局,全面意识,统筹能力,管理逻辑方法。
