职位描述
工作职责
1、优化和改进现有产品的电子光学系统设计；
2、根据产品研制需求进行电子光学相关的模拟计算，如电磁场分析、静电场分析等，根据计算结果进行分析、评估设计方案；
3、为产品的技术改进工作提供电子光学相关的理论技术支持；
4、为生产、客服等提供技术支持；技术文档的整理归档等。
技能要求
1、 电子光学、工程/应用物理、仪器仪表等相关专业，硕士研究生以上学历，具有SEM或电子束相关设备开发经验者优先。
2、 熟悉电子枪、电磁透镜结构和原理者优先；
3、 能熟练阅读英文文献资料；具备真空相关基础知识；
4、 具备一定的机械绘图能力者优先考虑，如SolidWorks等绘图软件；
5、 可熟练使用电子光学仿真软件，例如MEBs, COMSOL, CST等 ；
6、 两年以上相关工作经验
