职位描述
1. 完成NETLIST-GDS设计，达成ppa等指标
2. 完成芯片TO前各项signoff，按期完成项目交付
3. 与DFT/综合配合做实现迭代、参与前端团队/模拟团队设计讨论，给予合理建议反馈
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，理工科专业方向，微电子、集成电路、计算机、通信等相关专业更佳
2. 了解主流工艺节点（28nm/16nm/12nm/7nm等），有2年以上相关工作与流片经验
3. 熟悉NETLIST-GDS物理设计全流程，熟悉主流设计软件（innovus、icc2、FC、PT、calibre、redhawk等）
4. 具备英文读写能力，熟练阅读Foundry PDK design manual
5. 良好的团队沟通协作精神，具有认真负责的工作态度
