职位描述
2、负责硬件需求拆解和硬件框图绘制，元器件选型、原理图绘制、layout跟踪及产品硬件测试、BOM发布及批产转产；
3、对硬件单元电路如LLC功率拓扑、高压隔离驱动、高压辅源、同步整流等电路进行WCA计算，制定硬件FMEDA；
4、根据设计制定相应测试规范，充分验证电路的功能和可靠性；
5、主导解决产品质量提升优化、电子料替代验证、原材料降本验证等应用问题；
6、主导产品EMC的设计和整改，确保项目顺利通过EMC测试；
任职要求：
1、 从事硬件开发3年及以上，或从事高压新能源产品硬件达1年以上；
2、 熟练掌握电力电子知识，功率半导体器件应用，驱动和散热设计；
3、 至少参与开发过1款及以上车载高压产品，或者自主设计过1KW以上的电源；
4、 有800V平台DCDC开发经验者优先，有高压电机控制硬件相关经验优先；
5、有车载大功率（≥3KW）电源(Flyback,Buck-Boost，移相全桥，PFC,LLC拓扑)开发经验优先；
6、熟练掌握原理图和PCB Layout设计规则；
7、有模块设计(模拟、数字、功率电路)经验，能够搭建基本的模拟电路；
8、有失效分析(EOS分析，产线支持)经验优先；
9、有功能安全设计(安全概念，FMEDA计算)经验优先。
