职位描述
1. 架构与方案：参与制定芯片/模块级DFT方案。
2. 电路实现：完成Scan、MBIST、Boundary Scan（JTAG）等电路设计与插入
3. 电路验证：负责DFT模式的功能验证、仿真调试，并生成高覆盖率的测试向量（ATPG）
4. 时序与交付：编写DFT模式下的时序约束，协助完成后端时序收敛；交付测试pattern，支持ATE测试和良率提升
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，理工科专业方向，微电子、集成电路、电子工程、计算机、通信等相关专业更佳
2. 有2年以上DFT工作经验，熟悉DFT设计验证主流EDA工具，熟悉芯片可测性电路原理
3. 熟悉SDC与逻辑综合，熟悉形式验证，熟悉tcl/python/perl其中一种脚本语言
4. 良好的沟通能力、协调能力以及团队合作意识
