职位描述
1.负责机器人系统测试工装、夹具开发设计及制图。
2.负责机器人系统的测试用例设计、执行及结果记录。撰写清晰、专业的测试文档、报告及缺陷分析报告。
3.对测试中发现的缺陷进行跟踪、定位和初步分析，协助开发团队进行故障排查与复现。
4.负责测试实验室的日常管理，包括测试设备（如机器人、传感器、工装）的维护、校准与台账管理。
5.与研发团队紧密协作，准确传递测试结果与产品质量风险。
1.硕士学历，机械设计、机械电子、自动化、电气工程或相关专业；
2.拥有5年及以上机器人、非标自动化设计或复杂机电产品的系统测试/集成/应用经验，有非标自动化设计经验者优先。
3.本科特别优秀者可考虑。
1.机械设计、制图，非标设计经验
2.深入理解机器人系统（机械、电气、软件），并能熟练操作。
3.具备基础软件知识，能理解并使用基础的机器人编程/脚本语言（如RAPID、U机器人脚本、Python等）进行测试。
4.能熟练运用各类办公软件进行文档、数据和报告处理。
5.语言能力： 具备良好的英语沟通能力，能阅读技术文档并进行工作交流。
6.核心素质： 具备出色的动手能力、严谨的逻辑思维、强烈的责任心以及出色的分析和解决问题能力。
1.熟悉机器人系统仿真，尤其是ABB RobotStudio仿真软件。
2.有在汽车、3C、物流等高端制造行业的质量或测试经验。
