职位描述
评估并实施VAVE方案/创意，以达成具有挑战性的目标。
针对FR中的客户需求，提出有效的评估方案。
在项目中负责机械开发工作，确保设计、成本、质量和进度符合客户要求，并带领项目中的其他工程师。
评估主要设计方案，并提出建议以确保其符合进度计划和预算。
负责领导VAVE、FR项目、ETO、持续改进及评估等工作。
协助经理提升团队成员的技术能力和专业素养。
在项目中主导并执行机械开发工作，与研发同事（内部或GPL）及供应商紧密合作。
提供兼具可靠性与可制造性的稳健设计，并满足成本及进度要求。
与其他职能部门进行协调与沟通。
为销售、客户及生产部门提供有力支持。
任职要求：
机械工程专业本科及以上学历。
5年以上机械设计经验。
具备钣金及塑料零件的设计经验，能熟练使用Creo、AutoCAD等软件。
具备较强的领导能力，责任心强且积极主动，沟通能力强，逻辑思维清晰。
