职位描述
1、负责三频Radio射频控制应用层软件的设计、开发、迭代与维护，搭建稳定的射频控制软件架构，保障射频模块正常、高效运行。
2、负责Maxlinear Serria MXL17421射频芯片的软件适配、寄存器配置、驱动调试与功能验证，落地芯片各项射频控制功能，解决芯片适配及运行中的各类软件问题。
3、负责射频通信链路控制、参数配置、性能调优，配合硬件团队完成射频模块联调、整机测试，优化射频信号稳定性、抗干扰性及传输性能。
4、跟进项目开发进度，定位并解决射频软件运行过程中的BUG、兼容性及稳定性问题，输出标准化调试日志、技术方案及复盘文档。
5、参与产品需求评审、方案设计，配合测试、生产团队完成量产适配、问题闭环，支撑产品落地与迭代升级
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、通信工程、嵌入式软件开发等相关专业，3年应用层软件开发经验。
2、核心刚需：具备Maxlinear Serria MXL17421芯片实际开发、调试、适配经验，熟悉该芯片架构、寄存器配置、射频控制逻辑及常见问题排查方法。
3、精通三频Radio控制软件开发流程，熟悉射频前端控制、射频参数校准、链路调试、功耗优化、信号性能优化等相关技术。
4、熟练掌握C/C++嵌入式开发，熟悉嵌入式开发环境、编译调试工具，具备独立模块开发、问题定位、整机联调能力。
5、熟悉无线射频通信基本原理，了解射频开关、功放、滤波等前端器件控制逻辑，具备射频性能测试与优化经验优先。
6、具备良好的代码规范、技术文档撰写能力，逻辑清晰，责任心强，可独立承担模块开发及调试工作，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
