l Responsible for
the production process development and trial production of new product
introduction stage, prepare trial production process documents, track the
production trial process, record process data, and take effective measures to
solve the problems in the trial production process. 负责新产品导入阶段的生产工艺制定、试制工作，编制试制生产工艺文件，跟踪生产试制过程，记录过程数据，并采取有效措施解决试制过程中的问题。
l Responsible for
the training of the production process, implementing and monitoring the
effective implementation of the production process. 负责生产工艺的培训工作，落实并监督生产工艺的有效执行。
l Responsible for
the effective resolution of problems occurred in the production process,
implementing root cause investigation and analysis.负责生产过程中发生问题的有效解决，落实根本原因调查分析。
l Responsible for
the improvement of production efficiency, and find opportunities for continuous
improvement through daily data summary and analysis. 负责生产效率的提升工作，通过日常数据汇总分析找到持续改进机会。
l Work with
process engineers to design tooling and fixtures for production of new products
and optimize the design during mass production. 配合过程工程师设计新产品的生产用工装夹具，并在量产过程中进行优化设计。
l Responsible for
the design of machining processes and the preparation of machining programs to
optimize the machining process of CNC machine tools by adopting new cutting
tools and programming methods. 负责加工工艺的设计和加工程序的编制，通过采用新的切削工具和编程方法优化数控机床的加工过程。
l Responsible for
the daily maintenance of production standardization documents. 负责生产标准化文件的日常维护工作。
l Cooperate with
other departments of the company to carry out work and make good horizontal
communication. 配合公司其他部门开展工作，做好横向沟通。
l Proactively and
positively cooperate with the completion of other work assigned by the superior
leaders. 主动积极地配合完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
