职位描述
1. 投标全流程管理 | End-to-End Tender management
负责公司各类项目投标的全流程管理与执行，确保投标工作合规、有序开展，配合商务团队推进项目落地，达成项目中标概率考核。
Take full responsible
of the end-to-end tender process across all verticals, ensuring standardized execution, compliance, and
improving win rates.
2. 投标方案编制与报价 |
Proposal Development & Quotation
根据招标要求独立完成投标方案设计、优化与定稿，并完成成本测算与报价制定。
Independently develop, revise,
and finalize tender proposals, including cost evaluation and quotation
preparation.
3. 内外部沟通对接 |
Internal & External Coordination
参与客户沟通、项目会议、述标及答疑，协调内部资源保障投标推进。
Participate in client communication, presentations, and coordinate internal
stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
4. 报价审核与风险管控 |
Quotation Review &
Risk Control
审核供应商报价并识别风险，避免废标或亏损。
Review supplier quotations, identify risks, and prevent bid failure or
financial loss.
5. 合规管控与业务支持 |
Compliance & Business Support
确保所有投标活动符合规范，支持提升中标率。
Ensure compliance and support business teams in improving win rates.
6. 投标资料整理 |
Documentation Management
整理维护投标资料与模板，提升效率。
Maintain tender documentation and templates to improve efficiency.
四、任职要求 | Qualifications
1. 工作经验 | Experience
3年以上投标经验，具备投标经验优先。
Minimum 3 years of tender experience, preferably in tender hadling.
2. 专业能力 |
Professional Skills
具备投标方案、物流模式及成本测算能力。
Strong proposal development, logistics knowledge, and cost simulation skills.
3. 综合能力 |
Core Competencies
良好的沟通协调能力及抗压能力。有商务工作经验者优先。
Strong communication, coordination, and ability to work under pressure, BD background is preferred.
4. 技能要求 |
Technical Skills
熟熟练使用Office办公工具，具备良好的现场述标、口头答疑能力；具备良好的英语读写能力，可处理英文投标资料与文件。
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good
presentation and communication skills, with solid written English for handling
bidding documents.

Detail-oriented with integrity and confidentiality awareness.
