【Job description】
1. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
Understand client business goals, strategies, and challenges.
2. Account Strategy & Planning, revenue
Identify opportunities through SWOT analysis.
Achieve account sales targets, profitability goals.
3. Solution Development & Collaboration
Coordinate internal resources to solve customer pain points.
Communicate customer feedback internally to support product/service improvements.
4. Contract & Negotiation Management
Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, pricing discussions.
Ensure agreements comply with company policies and financial requirements.
5. Issue Resolution
Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, proactive manner.
Act as an escalation point to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts relevant to key accounts.
Provide strategic recommendations to management.
7. Compliance
【Job requirements】
1. 3–7 years of experience in marketing, sales, technical support, customer service, or related fields; Requirements may be relaxed for candidates with strong education and work experience. Experience in manufacturing industries such as chemicals, aerospace, aircraft manufacturing or MRO is preferred.
2. CET-4,can use English as working language.
3. Sense of ownership.
4. Could travel and pay visit to customers regularly.
5. Cheerful Character liked by people, deep thinking with data.
