Service Description and Delivery
 With the reference to GEHC’ s EHS Framework and local EHS related regulation requirement, develop and drive strong EHS management programs in GEHC Shanghai CTP/CTC Campus.
 Support to Manage Radiation Safety related work, including Radiation OH Physical Exam arrangement (onboard, offboard, transfer, emergency), badge routine management, radiation OH profiles management, annual radiation report and other government required report.
 Support EHS Manager to develop, launch and organize EHS promotion activities, communications using variety of approaches, e.g., EHS Road Show, Newsletter, offline activities.
 Prevent EHS related non-compliances and support Campus Facility Management (FM) teams to maintain a safe, healthy and environment friendly workplace during FM operations and activities execution.
 Manage and maintain EHS related permits to ensure compliance, including but not limited to Environment (Air Emission, Waste Discharge, Hazardous Waste), Fire, Special Equipment, etc.
 Conduct routine EHS Compliance self-assessment to timely identify gaps of China EHS laws, regulations, and standards. Lead to take actions to ensure EHS compliance.
 Drive the implementation of Critical-to-EHS Equipment program in Campus.
 Drive implementation of GEHC EHS Management of Change process to timely evaluate, screen then approve or disapprove new or modified equipment, process, or facility. Facilitate the EHS Impact Assessment process as needed.
 Support to manage workplace OH and IH hazard assessment, evaluation and coordinate routine monitoring.
 Support to manage air, wastewater, waste and noise in CTP/CTC Campus. Including but not limited to routine air, wastewater and waste inventory management, routine 3rd Party monitoring
 Support to drive strong EHS culture and organize EHS promotion activities, communications within the campus.
 Support to conduct EHS Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis to define the appropriate technical solutions to mitigate the identified hazards.
 Participate in ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 Management System operation, conduct internal audit and take follow-up actions to drive continues improvement.
 Develop, organize and deliver EHS trainings. Support to manage employee EHS trainings arrangement, training tracking, records management, etc.

 Manage GEHC’s contractor activities, coordinate with landlord on contractor management and act as a GEHC EHS representatives to review contractor EHS plan and sign off EHS related permits.
 Support FM team to fully implement EHS Management of Change (MOC) Process to timely capture and access EHS impact from any changes.
 Perform EHS inspections and audits of working areas, equipment and processes, follow up all identified findings to full closure.
 Perform incident investigations, identify root causes and oversee the implementation of actions.
Qualification
 Bachelor’s degree in safety, Environment or equivalent Engineering.
 At least 3 years’ Environment, Health and Safety related working experience, large campus or similar working experience is preferred; Experience with EHS promotions is desirable (Employee health, Environment protection, etc.).
 Familia with Radiation OH Management and Profiles Management, including Radiation OH Physical Exam arrangement, badge management, Radiation Annual Report, etc.
 Familiar with Environment, Safety and Health laws, regulations and standards.
 China Safety Management Personnel Certification.
 ISO 14001/45001/50001 Internal Auditor Certification.
 China Fire Safety Management Certification is preferred.
 China Certified Safety Personnel is preferred （中国注册安全工程师优先）.
 Good communication and EHS management skill, good team player in a cross functional team.
 Gook spoken and written English.
 Good organization skill to promote EHS activities and awareness for plant associates.
 Familiar with office software including Excel, Word and PPT.
 Strong will to learn and grow.
