主要工作职责：
Job
responsibilities:
1. 工作目标：结合客户与企业发展的需求，对需要国产化的泵型和周边配套设备进行开发，改善和集成，从而帮助企业更好的降低制造成本，提升市场竞争力，拓展市场。
Combined with the development needs of
customers and enterprises, Develop, improve and
integrate localization pump and peripheral equipment ,to help
enterprises reduce the manufacturing costs , improve the market
competitiveness, expand the market.


2.
泵详图设计，模型开发，并完善设备的配件手册
Pump detail drawing model
design and improve the equipment accessories manual.

3.
对客户提出的需求进行评估，并进行针对性的设计和开发
Evaluate
customer requirements, design and develop accordingly.

4.
根据客户和服务的反馈，协助制造工程师对泵现存的问题进行改善，从而提升设备的质量状况，赢得市场的认可
According
to customer and service team’s feedback, assist manufacturing engineer to
improve the existing problems of pump., improve the quality of pump, Win the
market recognition.

5.
协助工程经理进行泵的配件开发，优化设计降低制造成本，增强泵的市场竞争力
Assist
production & engineering manager to develop accessories for pump, optimize
design to reduce the manufacturing cost, enhance the market competitiveness.

6.
根据供应商的资质进行评估与筛选，协助采购完成供应商的开发工作
Evaluate
and screen suppliers according to their qualification, assist the purchaser to
complete supplier development.

7.
项目支持：对于需要提供整机方案的项目，协助销售进行上下游配套设备的开发，指导并监督分包商完成客户现场的安装工作
Project support: For the projects that
need to provide the Whole line solution, assist the sales to develop the upstream
and downstream supporting equipment, guide and supervise the subcontractors to
complete the installation task on the customer site.

8.
完成公司管理层，员工手册和直属领导交办事项与职责
Complete
other tasks assigned by line manager, employee handbook and company management team.



任职资格：
Qualification:
1.
必备教育水平和技能 Necessary
education and necessary additional skills
1)
大学以上学历，机电类专业为佳
Bachelor
degree or above，major
in engineering, mechanical and electrical.

2)
英语听、说、读、写熟练
Have
a certain listening, speaking, reading and writing ability in English .

3)
10年以上机械设计
Better
than 10 years’ experience of mechanical design.

4)
熟练掌握Auto, 3D设计，Micro office等软件
Gain
proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design, Micro office, etc. software.

5)
有时会出差并在设备现场工作
Sometime
will be traveled and work on the fieldwork.

6)
好的沟通技巧并能承担压力
Good
communication skills and able to work under pressure.

独立完成机械部件的2D和3D图纸设计工作
Complete
2&3D drawing design of mechanical parts independently.

从事过非标设备的设计工作，有能力完成电机，工业泵类等标准部件的选型任务

in non-standard equipment design work, have the ability to complete the motor ,Industry
pump and other standard parts selection work.

3)
有生产线设备现场安装管理的经验
Experience
in field installation management of production equipment.
