职位描述
2、拟订项目执行组织架构和人员配置，提请公司聘任及解聘项目主要岗位人员；确定各职位的职责和权限，负责各项管理制度 和管理控制程序的建立与完善并监督落实。
3、全面负责项目的组织、领导、协调和控制工作，对项目授权范围内的临建、设计、采购（利旧、国内采购及现场采购）和施 工（拆机、土建、安装及调试）的进度、质量、回款、技术、支出、安全、人员负责。
4、负责公司所有分包施工队伍资格及施工能力的管理，组织并参与项目对施工方的选择与考核工作。
5、主持处理现场施工出现的重大或疑难的技术问题。
6、主持处理供货中重大的不符合项和施工中重大的整改项目。
7、做好与业主方以及分包单位的E、P、C、商务各个归口负责人的对接、沟通与协调。
8、负责组织项目收款工作，确保项目进度款及时回收；审批确认分包工程款付款条件，负责支付项目各阶段的工程合同款。
9、负责项目风险控制及法务管理工作，根据公司授权处理项目实施中的重大紧急事件，并及时向公司报告。
10、强化人力资源管理，组织做好项目人员的绩效考核，落实奖惩机制。
11、直接向董事长汇报并执行董事长安排的其他工作。
1、学历与专业：大专及以上学历，热能动力工程、电力系统及其自动化、工程管理相关专业。
2、工作经验：6年以上150MW燃煤电厂建设主体标段项目经理以上管理经验，其中至少1个项目同岗位经验，完整主导过1个及以上300MW级及以上燃煤电厂EPC项目全周期管理。
3、核心能力：掌握FIDIC合同条款及国际工程管理规范，具备跨文化团队统筹、国际商务谈判、商务风险管控能力，能独立协调业主、监理、分包商等多方关系，项目执行能力强，英语听说读写能力须作为工作语言。
4、资格证书：持有PMP（项目管理专业人士）、一级建造师（机电/建筑专业） 者优先。
5、年龄：50岁以下优先。
