该职位将与合规工程师合作，以确保符合我们产品的所有相关监管准则。目前我们主要关注产品环保合规、安全合规管理、危险品归类、进口产品单证审核、进出口关税归类。产品安全与合规领域是重要的专业领域，是电子产品（包括数据中心服务器、存储和物联网）进入全球市场的准入条件。您将直接与北美、中国以及全球职能团队互动，以简化流程、管理需求变更并确保高质量和服务水平。这个职位需要了解 IT 产品的监管准则。
基本职责和责任：
• 负责协助Env./Safety/EMC产品认证工程师的认证工作，包括不限于CE、FCC、BIS、ROHS、REACH、WEEE等产品认证相关资料的收集，确保产品认证准备就绪
• 与供应商合规团队建立良好的关系，以确保我们从供应商处购买的产品具有符合全球法规和政策的更新认证。
• 能够识别从供应商处获取的产品认证是否合格且有效
• 与仓库收货和发货部门合作，以支持验证认证资料的准确性。
• 监控和跟踪以确保系统中的相关证书是最新的。
• 协助完成与建立其他可用认证计划相关的所有任务。这包括创建和维护文档、认证文件存储、跟踪表、状态报告、产品认证知识管理等。
• 持续改进工作质量和效率，快速响应完成产品认证收集管理工作，协助认证工程师完成产品认证，满足清关出货等需求
任职要求/资格：
• 熟悉电子产品的国际认证、行业性认证的法规、标准和认证流程, 包括Env./Safety/EMC等领域，对各个地区和标准机构（UL、NEC、FCC、CE、CCC等）有深入了解者优先。
• 熟悉电子产品产品安全、合规性要求，如：RoHS 和 REAC Prop.65、BSMI RoHS 和类似法规者优先
• 了解电子或IT产品的技术规范
• 精通 Excel 的高级功能，如数据透视、vlookup 和报表功能
• 能够在快节奏的环境中主动管理任务
• 能够独立工作并作为团队的一员，在最少的指导下承担新任务。
• 工作细心、责任心强，具有良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神。
• 能够主动发现问题并解决问题
• 良好的阅读、口语和书面英语
• 较强的学习和使用新技术和系统的能力
• 对个人电子产品或服务器硬件有浓厚兴趣，具备主动学习和分析的能力
教育/经验：
• 本科或同等学历，信息技术/国际商务及相关专业
• 具备一年以上电子和 IT 产品方面的工作经验者优先
• 具备一年以上的IT行业或者制造业产品认证经验者优先。

Specialist, Product Compliance Certifications
Location: Beijing, China

Solutions is looking for a highly talented, detail-oriented, and motivated
individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in
a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. This position requires a
balance of technical and business know how.
This
position will work with Compliance engineer to ensure compliance with all
relevant regulatory guidelines for our products. Currently we're mainly
focusing on product environmental compliance, safety compliance management,
dangerous goods classification, imported products document review, import and
export tariff classifications. Product Safety and Compliance engineering field
is significant professional as it is a mandatory ticket to entry any geographic
marketing for each single electrical product including like datacenter server,
storage and IOT. You will interact directly with internal customers in North
America, China as well as global functional team to streamline process, manage
requirement changes and ensure high quality and service level. This position
requires an understanding of the regulatory of IT products.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for assisting
Env./Safety/EMC product certification engineers to do certification collection,
including but not limited to CE, FCC, BIS, ROHS, REACH, WEEE and other product
compliance items to ensure product certification is ready.

Able to work with multiple vendors
and manage multiple overlapping timelines.
·
Build good relationship with vendor
compliance team to ensure the products we purchased from them have updated
certifications which are compliant with worldwide regulations and policies.
·
Validate product certifications
are qualified and effective.
·
Work with warehouse receiving and
shipment departments to get support to verify the accuracy of certifications.
·
Maintains all certification
content in the Knowledge Management System.
·
Monitor and track to make sure
related certificates are up-to-date in the system.
·
Researches and identifies
applicable regulatory and industry compliance standards.
·
Assists with compliance engineer
to streamline the whole process to make sure product certification’s readiness
and meet customs clearance and shipment needs.
·
Work with compliance engineering
team on Env./Safety/EMC,etc. document collection as part of product delivery
tracking item.
·
Assists with all tasks related to
building of additional certification programs as available. This includes
creating and maintaining documents, tracking sheets, status reports etc.
·
Play an active role in monitoring the quality, effectiveness, and
timeliness of process in accordance with company policy.
REQUIRED/PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
·
Knowledge of compliance standards
including safety and EMI containment is preferred. Deep knowledge of various regions and
standards bodies (UL, NEC, FCC, CE, CCC, etc.) preferred.
·
Knowledge of Product Environmental
certificates, Product material/ substance compliance on EU RoHS and REACH
Prop.65, BSMI RoHS, and similar regulations is preferred.

Knowledge of tech specifications in electronic and
IT products
·
Proficiency with advanced features
of Excel such as pivot, vlookup and reporting
·
Ability to proactively manage
tasks in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work with a global
audience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s
  degree or equivalent, major in Information Technology / International Commerce and related subjects
• Has one year
  work experience in electronic and IT products is preferred.
• Has one year
  product certification experience in Industry/Manufacture business is
  preferred.
