系统设计工程师的主要职责包括负责产品的设计、开发和优化，以确保 DCS 产品符合技术要求和项目需求。你需要与团队成员协作，解决设计过程中的相关技术问题，并确保项目按时、保质地完成。
岗位职责
负责 DCS 的项目需求分析及方案设计。
协调各部门及外部生态资源，确保项目按时、高质量交付。
收集产品相关信息，把握用户需求，推动产品开发及服务流程优化，并在运营期间提供解决方案支持。
紧跟技术发展趋势，深入了解 DCS 相关知识。
基本要求
学历专业： 机械工程、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
软件技能： 熟练使用相关设计软件，如AutoCAD、SolidWorks、工程工具等。
分析能力： 具备良好的分析和解决问题的能力，能够独立完成设计任务。
团队协作： 具有团队合作精神，能够与不同部门有效沟通，理解并满足项目需求。
语言能力： 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力（即大学英语四级及以上水平），同时精通普通话。
安全意识： 具备职业健康与安全知识。
优先条件
拥有相关领域的工作经验，特别是 DCS/PLC 相关行业经验者优先。
工作积极主动，且具备良好的沟通技巧。
精通 AutoCAD 软件的使用。
