Responsibilities: 1.与大客户经理团队&销售代表团队协作,跟进所跟踪客户备件及服务需求,拓展备件及服务销售, 制定月度销售计划,定期安排客户拜访; Collaborate with the key account manager team & sales representative team to follow up the tracking customer spare parts and service needs, expand spare parts and service sales, formulate monthly sales plans, and arrange regular customer visits. 2.与内部报价、成本、生产、项目管理团队协作,制定技术及商务报价方案,需要时组织ATO,RIO,KOM会议; Collaborate with the internal proposal, costing, production, and project management teams to formulate technical and commercial quotation plans, and organize ATO, RIO, KOM meetings when necessary. 3.准备投标文件、技术协议、商务合同、合同审批流程及创建项目相关资料; Prepare bidding documents, technical agreements, commercial contracts, contract approval processes and related materials for creating projects. 4.向新客户或新产线推荐建议备件; Recommend and suggest spare parts to new customers or new production lines. 5.与大客户经理团队&销售代表团队、项目执行团队协作,推动回款及质量异议处理; Collaborate with the key account manager team & sales representative team and project execution team to promote payment collection and quality objection handling. 6.收集客户及市场竞争对手benchmarks信息; Collect customer and market competitor benchmark information. 7.与公司总部及产品线同事保持沟通、协调,确保统一的对外策略; Maintain communication and coordination with the company's headquarters and product line colleagues to ensure a unified external strategy. Requirements: 1.机械工程或冶金相关专业学士学位; Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or metallurgy. 2.5年相关工作经验或钢厂相关岗位经验,具备与客户沟通相关技术问题的能力; 5 years of relevant work experience or relevant position experience in steel industry, with the ability to communicate with customers on relevant technical issues. 3.具备与组织内各部门层级人员有效互动和沟通的能力; Have the ability to effectively interact and communicate with personnel at various departments and levels in the organization. 4.英语技能:具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力; English skills: good written and oral communication skills.
