How you will create an impact
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probationary reviews, contract administration, and termination procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
• Provide support to the talent acquisition team for early career recruitment, implement best practices in sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Execute and coordinate HR initiatives, employee engagement programs to foster an inclusion organizational culture.
• Organize and host new hires' orientation.
• Be responsible for preparing the HR internal communications, including holiday announcements, wellness programs, and organizational updates to ensure consistent HR messaging across the company.
• Promote our Employer Value Proposition, amplify employment branding initiatives, and continuously elevate the end-to-end employee experience.
• Participate in Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.
What you’ll need to succeed
• Bachelor's degree
• HR relevant experience is preferred
• Excellent command of English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Customer-oriented and collaborative
• Self-motivated with positive attitude
