Qualification:
• Fully trained IT specialist or at least 3 years experience in technical IT support Teams
• High degree of customer and service orientation and a results-oriented and structured approach to work
• Excellent verbal communication skills with internal and external partners
• Excellent English speaking & writing
• Experience in service partner advising & negotiation
• Willingness to travel for the Asia region
• Profound know how about Windows operating systems, Active Directory, O365 Environment, Skype4Business & Teams
• Experience using help desk ticketing software
• Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation
• Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve issues
• Remarkable analytical and problem solving skills
