Job Responsibility:
●Obtain customer product application information through the sales department, understand customer requirements, and provide feasible process plans and cost information.
●Evaluate products (including raw materials, special fixtures, tooling, special consumables, etc.) after assessing customer requirement indicators.
●Organize the resolution of quality and technical issues to ensure products meet customer requirements.
●Organize the preparation, design and revision of process documents (work instructions, process cards, key process control parameters, records, etc.) to standardize production processes.
●Drive product cost reduction and production process improvement.
●Focus on product quality, fully meet customer needs and promote continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
●Bachelor’s degree or above, or a master’s degree preferred; major in Optics, Physics, Automation or related fields.
●Experience in crystal growth and optical product fabrication.
●1+ year of experience in the optical industry or optical engineering; outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.
●Good English listening, speaking and writing skills.
