Job Responsibility:
Demand Management & Order Fulfillment – 30%
●Execute demand/supply plans through MRP (APS) and division planners.
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, R&D, CM, planners) to resolve supplier manufacturing bottlenecks (specs, quality, cost, NPI).
●Assess supplier capacity, lead times, and disaster risks (earthquakes, typhoons, power outages) to proactively secure optimal supply fulfillment.
PO Management – 40%
●Analyze requisitions, select suppliers, negotiate pricing/terms, and monitor PO acknowledgements, logistics, and payments.
●Manage PO changes, prioritize orders, and ensure information accuracy and timeliness.
Inventory Control – 20%
●Optimize inventory levels, improve turnover, reduce holding costs, and prevent excess stock through strategic inventory management.
Procurement Governance – 10%
●Navigate procurement processes, rules, and reporting. Coordinate with internal teams to remove obstacles for new supplier/process onboarding.
Job Requirements:
●Bachelor’s degree or above.
●3–5 years procurement experience; contract manufacturing/EMS experience a plus.
●Fluent in written and spoken English.
●Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
●Oracle ERP experience preferred.
●Solid grasp of end-to-end supply chain and EMS/OEM operations.
●Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex supply chain issues.
●Proficiency in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and business intelligence tools; strong data analysis and statistical skills.
●Foundation in materials management and production planning.
●Understanding of quality management and project management principles.
●Self-directed, results-oriented, with strong leadership potential.
●High professionalism, continuous learning mindset, and logical thinking.
