ACCOUNTABILITY 1. Support on Training Delivery Management a. Coordinate with suppliers for training preparation b. Reserve, setup classrooms according to the training schedule c. Monitor overall performance and effffectiveness of training d. Deal with SAP operations before and after training e. Support minimum 5 classroom training session per month 2. Support on Training Overall Operation a. Draft monthly training promotion email b. Prepare training reports or related data per as requested c. Prepare training bond according to company principle d. Manage training vendor pool e. Continuous improvement on training related policies and process 3. Support on Training Plan Management a. Design & develop new training solutions according business needs b. Collect, analysis and consolidate training needs c. Create yearly training plans 4. Support on Team Activities a. Support on team activity, meeting organization, such as designing, booking, coordinating internally and externally, etc. b. Support to consolidation of team budget, and ensure monitoring c. Support on offiffiffice management, including but not limited to manage team stationery inventory and ensure adequate daily use d. Support to organize and maintain team public folder e. Interface with GP for team purchasing activities f. Provide administrative support or other work assigned by the manager as needed; QUALIFICATION 1. EDUCATION: with _bachelor__ degree, in _related or human resources major. 2. EXPERIENCE: 3 year experience in _training__ domain. 3. CERTIFICATION: 4. LANGUAGE: flfluent English both in written and oral speaking 5. KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: budget management, data analysis, SAP operation 6.
