Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a business consultant with the capability to deliver projects.
You will use your skills to work with clients in project.
You work very closely with clients, technical leads, architects, project managers and solution architects, and even play other roles in different project phase.
The roles are to join the NNIT China (Solution Integration) team. The Business Analyst will specialize in one or more of application offerings and, over time, will be expected to become a subject matter expert.
The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong experience in pharmaceutical commercial business processes, requirement definition, and technical understanding and software development skills. The role will be cross industry but industry experience in pharmaceutical commercial area would be a benefit.
What are the key responsibilities of the role?
61 Work with clients to define their business requirements and support in creating technology solutions to meet these needs
61 Analyze and design new business processes and process flows.
61 Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements
61 Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
61 Participate in preparing client workshop materials and conducting technology demonstrations on requirement topics of interest
61 Be accountable for a defined work product as part of the project team, providing guidance to the others
61 Manage work in such a way that the results are both of distinctive quality and useful to the client in terms of improving competitive position
Required Skills
1. 3+ years software development-based business system
2. 3+ experience as a Part B in business processes design and in business requirements. Pharmaceutical area and commercial domain experience preferred
3. Ability to analyze and design business processes
4. Ability to develop project requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community
5. Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
6. Ability to remove business-related impediments raised by the team
7. Flexible to learn new skills for documenting requirements and managing them
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills
9. Able to travel and work on client site, current project is focus on project located in Beijing
