职位描述
2、通过模型结构优化、场景化特征（应用商店/信息流/联盟)挖掘、多目标多场景联合建模等手段优化模型预估性能，包括粗排、CTR、CVR等各个排序环节 ；
3、基于业务理解和数据分析挖掘优化方向，驱动模型算法持续迭代优化，熟练使用hadoop/hive/spark等大数据组件。
2、具备丰富的搜推广工作经验，熟悉业界大规模深度学习模型在推荐系统的应用和优化；
3、具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉c++/python/scala等一种或多种语言，熟悉至少一种主流深度学习框架(TF/PyTorch等）；
4、具备良好的沟通能力和抗压能力；数据和业务敏感，具备优秀的分析和解决问题的能力。
