职位描述
1. 负责公司服装产品的直播全流程运营，包括选品规划、脚本策划、场景搭建及直播执行。
2. 分析直播数据（观看量、转化率、客单价等），优化直播策略与话术，提升用户停留时长与下单率。
3. 联动供应链与客服团队，保障直播商品库存准确性及售后问题的快速响应。
4. 挖掘服装产品卖点，结合用户需求设计互动环节，增强直播间用户粘性。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，1年以上直播运营或电商运营经验，有家纺、服装类目直播经验者优先。
2. 熟悉主流直播平台（抖音、快手、视频号）的规则与流量机制，能独立完成直播策划与执行。
3. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题并提出优化方案。
4. 沟通能力强，能快速协调主播、场控、供应链等多角色协作。
