Participate with Project Mgmt.
from initial phase to follow project implementation-follow check list.
·
The Release of the Technical
Specification (follow Guideline).
·
Lead the design review of the
production line.
·
Work together with
Packaging/Logistic Eng. on developing material feeding, bins, material
distribution, Kanban racks / supermarket (if need it), material delivery
frequency.
·
Track the production line
manufacturing progress.
·
Lead the pre-acceptance work of
the production line.
·
Lead the installation and
commissioning of the production line.
·
Responsible for the release of
production line-related documents (WI/DWC/PFMEA. etc.).
·
Production line LOP problem
tracking, solution, and feedback.
·
Cooperate with the work of
relevant departments.
·
Complete the predetermined
indicators related to the production line (CT/HC/Budget).
·
Device downtime rate is
decreased.
