Distribution Planning Assistant

一、岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities):
1. 批发库存与订单全周期管理
Help to manage the wholesale order and allocation in the full cycle from pre-season order to in-season shipment, replenishment, and return.
负责从季前订单到季中发货、补货及退货的全流程批发订单与库存分配管理。
2. 交付计划支持与执行
Support delivery plan based on actual order and inventory status, and execute it in day-to-day business.
根据实际订单与库存状态支持交付计划，并在日常业务中严格执行。
3. 跨部门协同与风险管控
Work closely with CS team and supply chain operation team to ensure on-time shipment and delivery, while identifying and responding to potential risks.
与客户服务团队及供应链运营团队紧密合作，确保按时发货与交付，及时预警并应对潜在风险。
4. 销售团队协作支持
Work closely with the sales team to arrange shipments properly.
与销售团队密切配合，合理安排货物发运。

• 参考薪资： 税前月薪 12,000 元
