职位信息:
1. Develop and execute the design of marketing communication materials and sales tools across Asia Pacific, including brochures, leaflets, posters, case studies, demo kits, videos, and giveaways.
2. Execute and coordinate AP marketing communications initiatives, including integrated campaigns, promotions, livestreaming, events, trade shows, and sales programs.
3. Coordinate multiple marketing communications projects in parallel across sub-regions, managing priorities and timelines to support simultaneous business needs.
4. Track execution status, milestones, and deliverables for assigned marketing communications projects to ensure on time delivery.
5. Manage vendors and coordinate production, including printing, purchasing, and inventory management, to ensure high quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
6. Provide on site marketing communications support for trade shows, seminars, workshops, and customer activities as required.
7. Business travel may be required.
要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a background in Marketing Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work confidently with cross functional teams and external vendors, and manage multiple projects in parallel across sub regions.
3. Excellent attention to detail, well organized and self motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
5. Excellent command of English both in oral and written, with strong copy accuracy
