Job objectives and responsibilities:
工作目标和职责

1. Be familiar with performance,mounting,application requirements of different type of
sensor&actuators,Support customer to choose the right type Sensor&actuators on new
projects of aftertreatment or engine system.
熟悉传感器和执行器性能,安装,应用等要求,根据客户需求提供产品选型指导,协助客户完成新的后处理系统或者发动机系统项目上的传感器和执行器选择
2. Base on the customer project requirement, according to Cummins
specification requirement, finish the DVPR/ESW tasks for the sensor&actuators
integration.
根据客户项目的节点要求,基于康明斯的工程规范的要求,在各个阶段主导完成相应的传感器和执行器应用DVPR 以及ESW任务验证.
3. Work closely with the development team and technical project leader in platforms
to get new production development progress and failures solutions,collaborate with customer
cross-function team to align for system level validation and integration tasks and
ensure the validation resource are ready in advance,follow up the test progress
and report to program team regularly to ensure project on track.
与传感器和执行器开发团队及平台技术负责人紧密合作,获取最新项目开发进度与失效问题解决进展,与客户不同职能团队一起确认传感器和执行器系统级别验证及集成任务,确保实验资源,跟进验证进展并定期汇报给项目组,确保项目进度按计划进行。
4. Has the knowledge for different failure mode of sensor&actuators,responsible for
investigating for sensor&actuator related FIRG issues, Participate in internal/customer
PQC and FIRG meeting, Use 7-Step to report sensor&actuator issues that
happened in Warranty failures / VPI project to PQC quality team /VPI Project
team,work with project team members to make the action plan and solve the
issue.
对不同传感器和执行器的主要失效模式有一定了解,负责项目阶段的传感器和执行器相关的FIRG(失效事件)问题调查,参加内部/客户 PQC 和FIRG 会议,使用7步法报告向PQC质量团队或VPI项目团队汇报售后故障或VPI项目阶段发生的问题,与项目成员一起制定相关解决方案。
5. Get close engagement to China JVs’ and Global customer, and collect the new
application requirements, Rapid response and lead to solve related Sensor&actuator
application issues in time.
紧密联系国内的合资厂及全球客户,收集客户新应用需求,快速响应及时解决传感器和执行器产品的应用问题.
Required
experience and technical skills:
要求的经验和技术能力

·
Bachelor degree or above,major in Electronic, Mechanical
Design, or related field. 电子和机械设计相关专业本科及以上学历。
·
Ability to work with
customer and team members in a global environment能与客户及国际背景的团队成员协调工作。
·
Willing to accept
responsibility, full of passion and eager to learn.愿意承担责任,充满激情,求知欲强。
·
5+ years’ experience
relating to Automotive Electronic/Electronic product development . 5年以上的汽车电子或电子电器相关产品工作经验。
·
Knowledge of analog and
digital circuit.基本的模电数电知识
·
Knowledge of electronic
and actuator product structure design and simulation.基本的电子产品和执行器结构设计和仿真知识
·
Has the knowledge about the
basic principle for different type of controller/ sensor&actuators which been
used in passenger or commercial vehicle. 熟悉乘用车或者商用车各种不同类型传感器,执行器和控制器的基本原理。
·
Ability to perform different
test using basic digital instruments in lab, such as oscilloscope, multimeter
and so on. Basic knowledge for CAN bus and the protocol of J1939.能熟练使用实验室常用数字仪表,例如示波器,万用表等工具,
对CAN总线,J1939有一定了解.


Other
requirements:

·
Related work experience in sensor&actuators
development and application validation / knowledge in quality standards,
ideally in an OEM / vendors for OEM. 有主机厂汽车电子电器和执行器产品开发和应用相关工作经验的人员优先考虑。
