一、Qualification & Requirement资质要求
1、Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar. Bachelor’ s degree or upwards in engineering,IE, or EHS Management System / 工程或类似专业本科毕业或以上，工程、IE或EHS管理专业本科学历及以上
2、With registered safety engineer certificate有注册安全工程师证
3、At least 4 years’ experience in engineering, IE or EHS / 至少四年工程、IE或EHS工作经验
4、Familiar with EHS legal requirements / 熟悉EHS法律法规
5、Good spoken English communication, good reading and writing / 英语口语熟练，阅读、书写良好
6、Good inter-personal skills and communicator / 良好的人际交流、沟通技能
7、Self-motivated and good team work / 自我激励和团队精神
二、Summary 工作概述
Support GM to organize and coordinate the environment, safety production and
occupational health management, and make the statistics and reporting of EHS
related matters to the government. / 协助总经理，全面组织、协调环境、安全生产和职业健康管理工作，及EHS相关事项的统计、上报工作。
三、Duties & Responsibility 工作职责
1、 协助总经理履行安全生产职责 / Support GM to fulfill his responsiblities on work safety.
2、 收集EHS相关法律法规要求，评估合规性，并及时向总经理传达相关要求及改进建议 / Collect applicable EHS legal requirements and evaluate the compliance of the company. communicate to GM in time on the legal
requirement and proposal on improvement actions.
3、 拟定安全规章制度、安全操作规程和安全生产事故应急预案 Work out safety rules and regulation,safety instructions, and emergency plan of the company
4、开展危险源辨识和评估，督促责任部门采取整改对策排除安全隐患 / identify and evaluate any potential risks, and push responsible department to take corrective actions.
5、 制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为 Stop and correct any behaviors of unlawful command, forcing risky operations, and violating operating procedures
6、组织应急演练，协助总经理参与应急救援 organise the emergency drill, and support GM to respond any emergency.
7、 定期/不定期监督、检查安全生产，监督法律法规及公司内部规章制度的遵循情况，提出改进安全生产管理的建议Supervision and monitoring the work safety performance and legal compliance, and provide suggestions to improve the work safety conditions
8、 督促落实安全生产整改措施 follow up and push the implementation of work safety corrective actions.
9、 员工EHS教育: 包括新员工健康和安全培训，年度安全教育和培训及其他必要的EHS培训 General EHS Training of employees , including new employees health and safety training, annual health and safety training, and other EHS related training required.
10、 设备设施管理：特种设备注册、检定；建立设备设施清单，制定设备设施维护、检定计划， 落实定期维护；监管车间所有工具及设备的使用情况，报告可能存在的潜在危险和风险， 确保厂房设施良好 / facility management, including Special equipment registration/inspection; establish the facility overview list, work out the maintenance and verification plan, and implement theplan; supervise and monitor the usage of all toolings & equipments in workshop, report the potential danger and risk, be sure plant facilities are under good condition
11、 EHS外部联系事宜：包括排污申报、有害危废申报及处置（如有）、 重大环境因素（如边界噪音）及职业病危害因素（如厂内噪音、化学品浓度）定期监测external communication for EHS related topics, including waste registration, hazardous waste registration/disposal (if have); Regular inspection of significant environmental aspects (e.g. boundary noise) and occupational disease hazards(e.g. inside noise, chemical concentration)
12、 Other tasks moderately required by GM /总经理分派的其他合理任务
