职位描述
1. 园区行政服务受理:承接各园区行政咨询、需求、投诉与建议,负责电话/在线话务受理、工单创建、分派、跟进及回访闭环。
2. 线上渠道运营与工单处理:负责公共账号需求受理,沟通群/专项群日常运营与问题响应,专项工单录入、分派与进度跟踪。
3. 知识库与舆情管理:负责知识库内容更新与维护,开展日常舆情监测与信息反馈。
4. 其他工作:完成上级领导交办的其他相关事务。
任职要求
1. 沟通能力:沟通表达清晰,服务意识强,能耐心倾听并准确理解需求。
2. 语言与形象:普通话标准,语音亲和,具备良好的客户服务形象与职业素养。
3. 办公技能:熟练使用Office等办公软件,具备基本电脑操作与信息录入能力。
4. 职业素养:责任心强,执行力好,抗压能力良好,能适应早晚班及节假日轮班。
5. 经验优先:有呼叫中心、电话客服或园区/物业客服经验者优先。
【上班时间】
1)工作日:
早班8:00-17:30
中班12:00-20:30
晚班是14:00-22:30
2_)非工作日:月末周六上班(其他周六日休息)、法定节假日轮流值班
