硬性要求：2-3年模具经验，英语口语（与欧洲对接）
【工作内容】
1.Support commodity to building suppliers panel: attribute status to suppliers, reduce number of suppliers if needed, define suppliers we want to grow as partners, manage supplier selection according to Group criteria
2.Manage T&E sourcing, issue LON, create CW, manage PR,PO and payment with suppliers, follow up supplier development and handle with all the emergency sitations to ensure program timing
3.Ensure effective panel management: ensure a regular follow-up of the suppliers’ performances with all users and divisions
4.Negotiate and implement general agreements with the main suppliers of each commodity
5.This senior buyer will do coordination & insure appropriate answers from suppliers to all
6.request and needs for overseas Divisions and plants
7.Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
【岗位要求】
1.Ideally university with major degree in Engineering
2.Full fluency in written and oral English
3.Purchasing or Industrial experience in tools, equipment’s (preferably in injections, welding, slush, foaming… areas)
4.Minimum 5 years experience as a Buyer in an industrial environment
5.Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills generally
6.Ability to work in a matrixed organization in an International Group
7.International mind set, overseas experience a plus
8.Proven ability to evaluate, negotiate and select suppliers (especially on technical criteria)
9.Proven ability to work with engineering, industrial topics, and people
10.Proven ability to plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures
11.Capable of setting, administering contracts and of ensuring their implementation
