KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Executive & Administrative Support
• Manage complex calendar coordination and scheduling for
department leadership, including internal/external meetings, events,
and business engagements

2.Communications Coordination
• Coordinate and track the publishing process of approved content on
official WeChat and other digital platforms

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure

3.Presentation & Document Preparation
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings,

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
1.Education:
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Communications, Business
Administration, English, or related fields

2.Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in executive assistant, secretary,
or administrative support roles

marketing departments preferred

· 维护并更新部门模板、文件库及归档系统

资格与要求
教育背景:
· 本科及以上学历,传播学、工商管理、英语或相关专业优先
经验:
· 至少2-3年高管助理、秘书或行政支持相关工作经验
· 有企业传播、公共关系或市场部门工作经验者优先
· 具备跨国公司或快节奏工作环境背景者优先
技能与能力:
必备:
· 语言能力:中英文流利(书面与口头),能够在双语环境中高效工作
· 技术能力:精通Microsoft Office套件,尤其是PowerPoint、Excel和Word
