Manager of RWE strategy and analytics（真实世界证据战略与分析医学经理）

half-year contractor (June to December 2026) as backfill for our ‘Medical Manager, RWE strategy and analytics’ in Medical Affairs. Our current contractor’s engagement is nearing its end (Jiaheng Cai, 18-May-2026), and this is a replacement rather than incremental headcount.
Business rationale
1. Sustain critical post‑marketing RWE analytics that support Medical evidence generation and external scientific communication (e.g., evidence generation, insight translation, publications).
2. Maintain specialized capabilities (clinical trial data OR OMOP CDM/real‑world data) to meet timelines and ensure compliant, high‑quality outputs and scientific collaboration/support.
3. Mitigate capacity risk for ongoing and upcoming studies and avoid delays that impact HCP-facing scientific responsiveness and internal decision support.
Candidate profile (proposed)
1) Master’s degree or above
2) Major in Statistics, Epidemiology, or related discipline
3) Either (a) experience with phase 2–3 clinical trials and adaptive design, OR
(b) experience with OMOP CDM and real‑world studies
4) Good knowledge and skill of R coding and sample size determination
5) Industry experience preferred
6) Strong interest in Medical Affairs evidence generation activity and process management (post‑marketing study focus)
7) English reading and writing proficiency
8) Preferred location is Beijing

业务依据
1. 维持关键的上市后真实世界证据（RWE）分析工作，以支持医学证据生成及对外科学沟通（例如：证据生成、洞察转化、学术发表）。
2. 保持专业能力（临床试验数据或OMOP CDM/真实世界数据），以满足时间节点要求，确保产出符合规范且高质量，并提供科学协作与支持。
3. 降低正在进行及即将开展的研究的执行风险，避免延误对面向医疗保健专业人员（HCP）的科学响应能力及内部决策支持造成影响。
候选人要求
1) 硕士及以上学位
2) 统计学、流行病学或相关专业
3) 具备以下任一经验：
(a) 参与过II-III期临床试验及适应性设计，
或 (b) 具备OMOP CDM及真实世界研究经验
4) 精通R语言编程及样本量计算
5) 具备行业经验者优先
6) 对医学事务证据生成活动及流程管理（侧重上市后研究）有浓厚兴趣
7) 英语读写能力优秀
8) 工作地点首选北京
