一、岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责 ThingJS 系统日常运维工作，及时处理异常并跟进闭环，确保系统稳定运行。
Oversee day-to-day operations for the ThingJS system, respond to incidents promptly, and ensure stable and reliable service.
2. 负责 Smartbox 设备的日常监控、隐患排查与异常上报，推动问题定位与整改。
Monitor Smartbox devices, perform risk/health checks, report anomalies in a timely manner, and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
3. 负责相关硬件设备的巡检、维护与基础故障排查，保障现场设备可用性。
Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of relevant hardware; perform basic troubleshooting to ensure on-site device availability.
4. 制定并维护设备告警规则，及时处理告警信息，持续优化响应与处置流程。
Define, maintain, and optimize device alerting rules; handle alerts promptly and continuously improve response and handling workflows.
5. 负责 RCM 软件的配置与运维，完成参数调整、版本验证及相关功能优化。
Configure and operate the RCM software, including parameter tuning, version validation, and related functional improvements.
6. 开展 RPA 流程搭建与调试，提升运行效率；跟踪运行状态并及时处理相关异常。
Build and debug RPA workflows to improve operational efficiency; monitor runtime status and resolve related exceptions.
7. 独立完成 SECS/GEM 指令配置与通信调试，确保设备与系统通信稳定、可靠。
Independently complete SECS/GEM command configuration and communication debugging to ensure stable, reliable connectivity between equipment and systems.
8. 配合团队完成系统集成与上线支持，提供必要的技术协助，并负责相关文档整理、归档与知识沉淀。
Support system integration and go-live activities; provide necessary technical assistance and maintain documentation, filing, and knowledge base updates.
二、任职资格 Qualifications
（一） 学历与专业背景Education & Background
大专及以上学历，计算机、自动化等相关专业；具备 1–3 年相关岗位经验者优先。
Associate degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, or related fields. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
（二） 专业技能Professional Skills
1. 熟练掌握系统运维工作，熟悉系统功能配置、日常运维规范及异常排查全流程，可独立处理各类系统运行问题。
Proficient in system operation and maintenance, including system function configuration, daily management and standard troubleshooting processes.
2. 理解设备外接 Edgebox 的数据采集原理，具备数据监控、异常分析及常见采集故障排查处理能力。
Familiar with the data acquisition principle of external Edgebox connected to equipment, capable of monitoring, data analysis and handling common acquisition failures.
3. 拥有基础硬件管理与现场运维能力，可独立完成设备日常巡检、简单调试及硬件问题初步定位。
Possess basic hardware management capabilities, with experience in equipment inspection, simple debugging and preliminary problem location.
4. 能依据技术文档独立完成软件部署、参数配置与调试工作，具备日常运维、参数优化及问题定位排查能力。
Able to independently complete software configuration, debugging and daily O&M according to technical documents, with the ability of parameter optimization and fault troubleshooting.
5. 掌握 RPA 流程搭建与调试方法；具备工业场景应用经验者优先。
Proficient in building and debugging RPA workflows; industrial use-case experience is a plus.
6. 熟悉 SECS/GEM 协议，能够独立完成指令配置与通信联调。
Familiar with SECS/GEM; able to independently complete command configuration and communication integration testing.
7. 了解工业自动化基础，熟悉 PLC、Modbus 等协议；具备半导体行业经验者优先。
Basic understanding of industrial automation; familiar with protocols such as PLC and Modbus. Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
8. 具备较强的异常分析与排障能力，能够独立推进技术问题定位与解决。
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to drive issue diagnosis and resolution independently.

Able to work in on-site operations environments with basic safety awareness; good English reading and writing skills for technical documentation and basic communication.
三、优先条件 Preferred Qualifications
1. 具备 1 年及以上工业自动化领域运维经验。
1+ year of operations experience in industrial automation.
2. 具备软件运维经验及工业 RPA 应用实践经验。
Hands-on experience in software operations and industrial RPA implementation.
3. 熟悉 SECS/GEM 协议，具备半导体工厂相关工作经验者优先。
Familiar with SECS/GEM; experience in semiconductor fabs is preferred.
4. 具备 PowerShell 或相关脚本编写能力，可用于提升运维效率；英文读写能力优秀者优先。
PowerShell or other scripting skills to improve operational efficiency; excellent English proficiency is a plus.
