能在核心产品线上，从《工艺结构 → 制版打样 → 量产落地》全链路吃透，成为这个品类的技术支柱。
二、你将负责的事情
● 负责所在产品线的制版工作，独立完成从设计图稿到样版输出的全流程
● 打样，能上缝纫机操作，对工艺可行性作出专业判断
● 在打样阶段主动发现结构/工艺问题，提出改良方案并推动落地
● 与设计师、业务团队协作，将设计意图转化为可执行的工艺语言
● 与工厂生产线就工艺细节进行有效沟通，确保量产还原度
● 持续积累该品类的工艺知识，逐步形成公司内部的技术标准
三、技能要求
1，制版能力：熟练操作 CAD 制版软件，能独立完成该类目从图稿到样版的全流程
2，缝纫机操作：能亲手上机操作，理解工艺结构，判断工艺可行性
3，打样判断力：能在打样阶段发现问题并提出改良方案
4，品类工艺积累：在某一产品类目有深度工艺知识积累，熟悉该品类常用面辅料特性
5，工厂沟通：能与工厂生产线就工艺细节进行有效沟通，推动问题落地
四、基本条件
1，学历：大专及以上，服装设计、服装工程、纺织工程等相关专业优先
2，年龄：28～42岁
3，工作经验：同一品类深耕经验 3 年以上（纺织品）
