职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责品牌短视频的选题、脚本、拍摄、剪辑和内容整理。
2. 跟拍品牌从 0 到 1 的过程，包括产品讨论、打样、测试、生产、发货、上线等内容。
3. 围绕家纺、宠物用品，拍摄产品展示、使用场景、测评对比、工厂记录、生活方式类视频。
4. 将日常素材剪辑成适合 TikTok、Instagram、youtube等平台发布的短视频。
5. 使用 AI 工具辅助完成脚本、分镜、字幕、翻译、配音、素材整理和内容创意。
6. 配合品牌、产品、运营团队，持续沉淀视频素材库。
任职要求：
1. 学历大专及以上，3年以上短视频编导经验，能独立完成基础内容产出。
2. 会使用剪映、CapCut、PR 等剪辑工具。
3. 熟悉 ChatGPT、FLOW。
4. 有品牌内容、产品视频、生活方式、宠物、家居家纺类内容经验者优先。
5. 网感好，审美在线，能把产品和品牌过程拍得自然、有吸引力。
6. 责任心强，执行力高，能适应南通本地拍摄和阶段性工厂拍摄。
作品要求
1. 请提供过往短视频作品或账号案例，并简单说明本人负责内容，例如选题、脚本、拍摄、剪辑、运营。
2. 如有播放量、完播率、互动率、涨粉数据等，可以一并提供。
加分项
1. 有 TikTok 100万播放量。
2. 有创始人 IP、品牌记录、产品测评类内容经验。
3. 有宠物用品、家纺、家居生活类产品拍摄经验。
4. 会使用 AI 工具提高视频制作效率。
